last saturday:: i drove a long long way to practice meditation at Dharma Drum Retreat Center NY chapter. i dont think i am inspired as much as i thought, but i'll bet it is a rational and safe way to be. this is a daily life thing, measuring frame of mind deeper and thus exploring a connection between itself and the world. what a long journey it would take to actually cultivate mindfulness..

even if it turns out later that i am not into it, am still glad i didnt miss taking this mental tour when i really felt it.
